Our sessions are thoughtfully designed to provide a relaxed, refined experience where your confidence and individuality can shine. Having photographed hundreds of graduates, we have developed an elegant visual style that blends timeless portraiture, authentic emotion, and vibrant color.

Based in the Bay Area, MaxSnapsX Photography proudly serves graduates throughout Northern California. We photograph at Stanford University, Santa Clara University, San José State University, Sacramento State, UC Davis, CSU Chico, UC Berkeley, CSU East Bay, and many other campuses.

This is more than a graduation-it is a celebration of how far you have come and the beginning of everything that lies ahead. Allow MaxSnapsX Photography to create sophisticated, meaningful images that honor your achievement and preserve your story for generations to come.

Reservation and deposit policy

A nonrefundable $50 deposit is required to secure your session date and time. Payment must be submitted via Zelle or Venmo within 24 hours of booking online.

If you do not have access to Zelle or Venmo, please contact us to arrange an alternative payment method. Reservations without a deposit after 24 hours will be canceled, and the selected date and time will be released.

The remaining balance is due on the day of your photoshoot.

Travel Fee

For sessions held outside the Bay Area, an additional travel fee may apply based on the distance to your selected campus. This fee will be calculated and communicated before your session is confirmed.

Travel fees allow MaxSnapsX Photography to provide every graduate with the same exceptional service, attention to detail, and high-quality experience-regardless of campus location.

Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your session, you may select a new available date at no additional charge.

• We will contact you approximately one week before your session to confirm the details.
• If unfavorable weather affects your photoshoot, we will work with you to arrange a new date.
• Deposits are nonrefundable but may be transferred to your rescheduled session.

Turnaround Time



Within three business days of your session, you will receive a private online gallery containing your unedited proof images. To choose the photographs included in your package, simply mark your selections using the favorite button.

Your professionally edited images will be delivered within 10 business days after your final selections have been submitted and confirmed.

Expedited editing is available for an additional fee:

• Delivery within five business days: $50
• Delivery within three business days: $75
• Delivery within one business day: $100

Expedited turnaround begins once your image selections have been confirmed.
